NF Series – Also able to carry incidental thrust loads, this cylindrical bearing types features two integral ribs on the inner ring and a single rib on the outer ring. NN Series – Bearings of NN design are double row cylindrical roller bearing and have three fixed ribs on the inner ring that retain the rollers and cage and one smooth outer ring. This design allows an axial displacement in certain limits, of the shaft in relation to the housing. Therefore, N Series rolling bearings are used in non-locating bearing units. Also, the NN Series bearings have no virtually thrust capacity. NA 48 Series – Needle roller bearings that have metric dimensions, with Inner Rings, with/without Seals, precision ground raceways with ribs, cage guided rollers, and ISO 48 Dimensional Series. NA 49 Series – Needle roller bearings that have metric dimensions, with Inner Rings, with/without Seals, precision ground raceways with ribs, cage guided rollers, and ISO 49 Dimensional Series. NA 69 Series – Needle roller bearings that have metric dimensions, with Inner Rings, with/without Seals, precision ground raceways with ribs, cage guided rollers, and ISO 69 Dimensional Series.
These bearings are separable bearings, and convenient to be mounted and dismounted. They are designed as types of single, double and multiple rows among which the single row cylindrical roller bearings are most applicable. Normally these bearings can accommodate radial load only, none but single row bearings with ribs both on inner and outer rings can carry lighter constant axial load. Application – They are mainly used in large and medium-sized motors, rolling stock, machine tool spindles, internal combustion engines, generators, gas turbines, gearboxes, rolling mills, vibrating screens, lifting and transport machinery, etc. Cylindrical roller bearings are the right choice for high speeds and heavy radial loads. They are produced in different inner ring designs for easy dismounting.
Its main features are low cross-section height and high load carrying capacity. Mainly used for bearing arrangements that are compact, inexpensive, and the bore of the bearing housing cannot be used as the raceway for the needle roller cage assembly. The bearing and bearing housing must be installed in an interference fit. If the axial positioning function such as the box shoulder and the stop ring can be omitted, the inner hole of the bearing housing can be made extremely simple and economical. The drawn cup needle roller bearings mounted on the shaft end are open on both sides and closed on one side. The base end face of the closed stamped outer ring can withstand small axial guiding forces.
Premium grease for high performance, low torque and less noise – Extra light bearings are normally used in applications where space limitations are a primary consideration and shaft sizes are relatively large. 6000 series deep groove ball bearing can support radial loads despite their low weight. Compared to deep groove ball bearings of the 6300 medium series they require a smaller installation space at the same inside diameter, only weigh half of them and allow higher speeds. Within their basic load ratings, these bearings are capable of radial, thrust or combined loads. These bearings are available in open, sealed or shielded configurations. This series is also available in stainless steel.
The deep groove ball bearings 6000NR series are equipped with groove and circlip in outer ring. The snap ring is made from a spring steel material and fits into an annular groove around the outside of the bearing which is offset to one side. And the snap ring groove can simplify arrangement design as the bearings can be axially located in the housing by a snap (or retaining) ring, saving space. These deep groove ball bearing types are available in open, shields or sealed option. The bearings are with metal shields or contact seals offering some protection against mechanical damage and serving to retain the lubricant in the sealed for life bearing. The deep groove ball bearings 6000NR series have low friction and are optimized for low noise and low vibration which enables high rotational speeds. They accommodate radial and axial loads in both directions, are easy to mount, and require less maintenance than other bearing types.
Bearings can be seen everywhere in our lives and work, such as household appliances, garden tools and transportation. For different application scenarios, different bearings assume different roles. The bearings commonly used in vehicles represented by motorcycles and automobiles are starter motor bearings, crankshaft bearings, gearbox bearings and wheel hub bearings. According to the operating conditions of the starter motor, specific requirements are put forward for the bearing’s ability to withstand intermittent impact loads, and at the same time, it must have good dust-proof performance and select a reasonable internal bearing clearance. Functionally similar to the 6200 series, the 6300 series medium ball bearings is produced with a larger ball complement and heavier races allowing greater radial, thrust and combined load capacity for a given bore size. This series is also capable of withstanding heavy shock loads. The 6300 series is available in open, sealed or shielded configurations. It is also available in stainless steel. Deep groove ball bearings 6300 types have low frictional resistance and high rotational speed and can be used to withstand radial loads or combined radial and axial loads as well as axial loads. The 6300 series deep groove ball structure is also divided into a sealed and open structure, the open type refers to the bearing without sealing structure, and the sealed deep groove ball is divided into a dust-proof seal and an oil proof seal. The dust seal cover material is stamped from steel and can easily prevent dust from entering the bearing race. The oil-proof type is a contact type oil seal, which can effectively prevent the grease in the bearing from overflowing.
